FISHING IN DIFFERENT PONDS

One of the things we see 3D Leaders do is 'Fish In Different Ponds'! That means they deliberately get out of their 'comfort zones' and seek new experiences and new ideas. They also 'share' those ideas. On our leadership programmes, we ask people to let us know which 'ponds' work for them... books, websites, podcasts, and networks that they recommend! Here are some of the ponds suggested by them - obviously, we can't vouch fo them all - they are just suggestions, but that's half the fun! We have also included the ones that we recommend too!
