Andy Hanselman Consulting are a small team consisting of three people... Andy, Jill, and Danielle. And between us, we help business to Think in 3D!

We set the business up back in May 2005 having sold our previous training and consultancy business to the management team. We're passionate about helping businesses of all sizes and types and have built a great reputation in delivering results in the areas that count.... people, performance and profits!

Many of our clients become 'friends' as we tend to work with people that we like. As a result, we have lots of strong relationships with clients who regularly come back for more.

I've been doing this stuff for over 30 years now and I spend most of my time 'delivering'! I'm passionate about speaking, training, and consulting to help businesses 'Think in 3D'! I also enjoy meeting, researching, and writing about forward-thinking businesses and their leaders. When I'm not doing this, I enjoys cycling and have the pleasure of being a huge Sheffield United fan!

Jill is my partner in life as well as business! We started out together back in May 1995 as 'just good friends' and since then have grown a business, sold a business and started again, as well as get married! Jill's great love is meeting people, growing connections, and making things happen... she is the opportunity spotter, research extraordinaire, and as I often say... LinkedIn Queen! She loves conecting people and promoting entrepreneurs (young and old), up and coming venues in Sheffield, and women in business (Entrepreneurs and Directors) and 3D Connect (which she drives). Jill feels that established entrepreneurs have a duty to nurtutre, support, and encourage early and emerging entrepreneurs.

Danielle...

Danielle joined the Andy Hanselman team 10 years ago... and what a difference she has made in those 10 years! Danielle joined us as an apprentice and now she is in the real world! And what a world... the chaotic, constantly changing, fast-moving, dynamically exciting world of a small, growing business. She has brought so much to our business - she has redesigned our website, overhauled our social media activity and, as well as developing new tools and toolkits for us, supports our 3D Connect group, and always makes sure that we get to the right place at the right time. She has met, impressed, and made friends with many of our clients.
