If you’ve got angry customers you can now refer them to a great new service – as along as they can speak German! Or, to be more precise, as along as they can SWEAR in German!

2 German entrepreneurs have come up with a new business  called ‘Schimpf-los’ -  which means ‘swear away’. Yes, ’Schimpf-los’ is a swearing hot line!

The business has operators standing by seven days a week for frustrated individuals to jeer at and taunt using the most unsavory language they can muster!

The service costs 1.49 euros per minute – a figure which one of the co-founders, Ralfe Schulte feels is completely justified. “For getting everything off your chest, it’s a bargain.” He said.

It’s an added value service too! They’ll even offer you some ‘new’ words to try! When callers are not creative in their swearing, or find themselves tongue-tied, operators on the hotline prod them with cheeky provocations like: “That’s the third time I’ve heard that today – is that all you’ve got?”

Now, THAT is a Dramatically and Demonstrably Different Business!
