Maximising People Performance!
Want some practical solutions to recruiting and developing a team of committed, motivated and effective people?
How do the best businesses get the best out of their people? - How do they create ‘turned on’ teams?
- How do they recruit and develop the right people that help improve their competitiveness, productivity and their profits?
- How do they benefit from external support – work experience, apprenticeships?
- How do you find out more?
This interactive and stimulating event will highlight some of the key factors that differentiate forward thinking entrepreneurs and business leaders from the others. Not a list of do’s and don’ts, but practical ideas to help you ‘maximise’ people performance in your business, whether it’s your new apprentice or your ‘high flying’ sales star!
We’ll share with you some of the lessons learned from some of the best businesses and their leaders to help you address some of the key people issues that we all face: recruiting the right people, accessing external support, motivating individuals, and integrating young people into your business.
You’ll hear from some local entrepreneurs who have ‘made it happen’ and it’s a chance to share ideas, solve problems and discover ‘new’ ways of getting the right, and getting the best from, people.

Entrepreneur Exchange Events started out in Sheffield, a forum exclusively for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs with an overall aim of celebrating, encouraging and stimulating entrepreneurship. Initially supported by B&E SY (Business and Education South Yorkshire) the events were hosted by Jill White and ran alongside the Entrepreneur Exchange mentor project ran by B&ESY in schools and neighbourhoods.
This event is a bespoke event commissioned by the National Apprenticeship Service who are keen to engage with and hear from local entrepreneurs to help them develop their workforce.
And remember – like all previous events we’ll have a room full of like-minded entrepreneurs all supporting, celebrating and sharing ideas and opportunities with each other …
